小麥感官品評實驗測試數(shù)據(jù)
如果要對小麥做感官品評,首先需要做對其做感官實驗,小麥品質(zhì)一般包括營養(yǎng)品質(zhì)和加工品質(zhì)。而加工品質(zhì)可分為一次加工品質(zhì)和二次加工品質(zhì)。一次加工品質(zhì)主要包括小麥籽粒物理品質(zhì)、磨粉品質(zhì)和蛋白質(zhì)品質(zhì)。下面是小麥品評實驗各項數(shù)據(jù)的說明。
